Dr. Nauman is a pulmonary and critical care specialist who has been interested in human behaviour and how to achieve our highest potential since his adolescent years. His intellectual curiosity and drive motivated him to become a pulmonary and critical care physician. After completing medical school at Iberoamerican University, he did his training in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University’s MetroHealth Medical Center and his training in pulmonary and critical care at University Hospitals of Cleveland. After his training he practiced pulmonary and critical care in Northwestern Ohio for 6 years before moving to Southern Ontario where he practices the same at Humber River Hospital and Guelph General Hospital.
His career has involved caring for tens of thousands of chronically and critically ill patients. He noticed that the majority of patients do not heal and remain trapped in the paradigm of chronic disease. This motivated him to dive deeper into the roots of true healing through studying ancient healing traditions, the psychology of healing, consciousness and metaphysics which culminated in the writing of his book, Healing From The Inside Out: Overcome Chronic Disease And Radically Change Your Life.. Any approach to chronic disease which does not take into account all these levels of our being will never help you get to the roots of what ails you. This is why the majority of people with chronic illness remain stuck in the paradigm of simply managing their symptoms and not truly healing.
He continues his medical practice in Ontario, Canada with the goal of bridging conventional medicine with a more holistic multi-dimensional approach to healing.
