  1. I read the article in the publication Health Radar where you had a recipe for a Healthy Organic Oxymel. What was NOT mentioned was how often do you take it and in what amount?
Could you please give me the information, thank you.

    1. Thank you for noticing our Oxymel Recipe…. you can use a teaspoon to a tablespoon per day , according to what you like…

  2. My research on honey has told me it only is helpful if it is raw as well as garlic …..this is cooked!

  3. Hi there, can you make this without heating it? I’m intrigued as to whether there are more benefits without heat-killing the goodness out of any live enzymes. I used to make a macerated garlic in apple cider vinegar that I soaked overnight, and then strained out the garlic flesh, before storing the remaining liquid in the fridge, adding it to water when needed. It’s potency decreased as time went on and seemed best within a fortnight in terms of “kick” and getting the allicin benefits. Your recipe sounds like it has a much wider set of properties than mine, but I’d be grateful of any feedback on what the benefits of heating it are. Thank you.

    1. Your method of preparation sounds good until you add water. Once you add water to any herbal product then it can develop bacteria.

Heating at low temp actually extracts out a higher amount of actives, so it becomes more potent, and also destroys many of the bacteria and other
organisms that you do not want in your finished product.

Be Well and keep up the Herbal Tradition.
