About Dr. Jeff G. Konin
Dr. Jeff G. Konin, PhD, ATC, PT, FACSM, FNATA is a Clinical Professor at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He is also the President and Founder of PHD420, Inc., a non-for-profit focusing on cannabis education and research, located in Clearwater, Florida.
Dr. Konin is a physical therapist and athletic trainer who has worked with amateur, intercollegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes. He spent time in the United States Olympic Committee system in Lake Placid, NY, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. He earned his PhD in 2004 in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale-Davie, Florida.
He is the co-editor of 24 textbooks and has shared his expertise at professional conferences throughout the United States as well as in many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Norway, Romania, England, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Austria.
Jeff advises individual athletes, healthcare professionals, sport organizations, and companies within the cannabis industry. Nationally, he serves as the chair of the cannabis task force for the National Athletic Trainer’s Association.
