Who is Heather Dawn Godfrey?
Heather Dawn Godfrey, PGCE, BSc, is an aromatherapist, fellow of the International Federation of Aromatherapists, and an aromatherapy teacher. She has published a number of articles and research papers exploring the benefits of essential oils, such as how they can be applied in the management of ADHD.
Heather worked for a number of years at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, in the School of Health Science and Social Care, where she was program lead for the BSc Integrated Therapy in Practice degree, and module lead for Aromatherapy.

This book explores the journey of essential oils from living plant to bottle, as well as how to apply them in your own life for healing and balance.
