This class, offered by Certified Holistic Nurse and Registered Herbalist Ellen Kamhi PhD, is designed to offer flexibility for beginning or advanced herbal students. Use this series of classes to ignite your inspiration towards better health with practical plant-based tools.

Attend any one class on an individual basis, or all four of the classes in the series. Now offered ONLINE!

Join nurse and herbalist Ellen Kamhi PhD, RN, AHG for an empowering and enriching journey into basic herbal medicine. Attend any one of the four workshops as a drop-in course, or attend the entire series for a discount. Practitioners wishing to receive Continuing Education Units and others who would like to receive a Florida School of Holistic Living Certificate, must attend the full series, pay the CE processing fee, and complete all assignments.

“Basics of Herbal Medicine” can be taken as a stand alone class or as a required class in the 4 part Natural Nurse Herbal Certification Course.

This 4 class course, offered by nurse and herbalist Ellen Kamhi, PhD, RN, is designed to offer flexibility for beginning or advanced herbal students. Use this series of classes to ignite your inspiration towards better health with practical plant-based tools.  Students may register for a single class, or as a requirement for the Natural Nurse Herbal Certification Course (18 CE)

This class meets for four Sundays over a four month period, from 9:30 am-11:00 am.  The class will be live online with the instructor in real time. It will be interactive with question and answer sessions.  If you miss a class, you can make it up anytime before the end of the course, by calling into the recording of the class (archives).

The instructor will email the Call-in information the day before class, along with links to Power Points and other learning tools/instructional materials we will use during class.

Assignments can be emailed to instructor.
Capstone Herbal Preparation Project will need to be ‘snail mailed’ to instructor.
All attendees who complete the full series and submit all assignments will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Florida School of Holistic Living.

Participants can choose to take the full course, or any one of the modules, for their own personal learning, without paying the accreditation fee.

Practitioners wishing to receive 18 Continuing Education Units (CEU)  or Certificate of Completion must:
