Our Eyes have been called “the Windows to our Soul”! Eye health is supported by antioxidants to protect against oxidative damage that occurs through many factors, including aging, limited consumption of protective nutrients, and the constant onslaught of pollutants, as well as modern day stress caused by blue light emissions from computers, cell phones and other devices.

Bio: Ellen Kamhi, PhD, RN, RH (AHG), AHN-BC has been a member of the American Herbalist Guild since its inception and sits on the Board of Directors. She enjoyed a successful Herbal Consultation Practice for over 50 years. As a mentor, Ellen is happy to support herbalists through the process of becoming RH (AHG). Dr. Kamhi specializes in REGULATORY issues for both well established and new herbal manufacturers, and assists with formulation and education. She is nationally board certified as a holistic nurse (AHN-BC), and has authored many books. Her Radio Shows, including Herbally Yours, have aired continually since 1990 and are now also available as podcasts. She offers CE approved classes, including The Natural Nurse® Herbal Certification Course. Ellen teaches in conventional educational settings and mainstream universities. She has studied with master traditional healers from a variety of cultures. “It has been my honor to have shared time and knowledge with indigenous and master herbalists, such as JAMBA of the MAROONS in Jamaica, Dr. Anthony Kweku Andoh from Ghana, Michael Moore and Mimi Kemp in Bisbee Arizona, and a vast array of wonderful herbalists.” Her passions include sharing her decades of in-depth herbal knowledge with individuals that will carry natural healing arts forward into the next millennium.
