Herb & Nutraceutical Product Marketing : Legal Considerations
Considering preparing and selling natural products? Designing your own attractive labels? If you stay ‘low and local’ , traditional sharing and trading may allow you to stay under the radar. However, to move into a more commercial setting, such as health food stores and online retail, there is a vast array of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements that must be met and mastered if you are committed to avoiding the very expensive pitfalls of becoming ‘pen pals’ with the FTC and FDA. Ellen Kamhi PhD RN will share her decades of expertise as formulator and regulatory consultant in the Nutraceutical Industry, so you will not be forced to say “ I did not know” – not a defense!
